A quick, five-ingredient twist on the classic Indian mango lassi. Ripe mango, yoghurt and a whisper of cardamom blend into something cool and creamy, with a scoop of Advanced Collagen folded in for extra protein. Because the collagen is unflavoured, it disappears completely into the fruit and spice — a brilliant, low-effort way to work it into your day.

Each glass carries a 10 g serving of Neutrient Advanced Collagen, adding protein plus vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones, gums, teeth and blood vessels. Yoghurt and milk bring calcium and a further protein hit, while the mango supplies natural sweetness, so there's no need for added sugar. It makes a genuinely satisfying breakfast-on-the-go or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
Serves 2.
- 1 whole mango, from frozen or canned
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 100 ml milk
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp Neutrient Advanced Collagen
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice if desired and blend again briefly, then pour and enjoy.
Tips
Frozen mango gives the thickest, most milkshake-like texture and removes the need for ice. If you're using fresh mango, add a handful of ice to loosen and chill the blend. Adjust the milk to reach your preferred consistency — a little more for a drinkable lassi, less for a spoonable one. A pinch of saffron or a squeeze of lime lifts it further if you want to dress it up.
