Next day delivery is available for orders to UK mainland addresses placed before 12pm when next day shipping is selected.

If you bought your product from a third-party retailer or marketplace, their own delivery times, costs, and arrangements will apply — we're unable to track, manage, or advise on shipping for orders placed elsewhere.

Return Policy
- You can return any unopened product within 14 days and we'll cover the postage and refund you in full (or issue account credit — your choice).
- Opened products you're not happy with qualify for 50% store credit.
- If any products arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong — or never arrives at all — we'll put it right at no cost to you, just get in touch within 14–15 days.
All returns need authorising first, so contact our support team before sending anything back.
