Order Processing

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00pm GMT will normally be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2:00pm GMT, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

Next day delivery is available for eligible UK mainland addresses when the Next Day Delivery option is selected before the applicable order cut-off time.

We use a variety of delivery partners and shipping methods depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

While we aim to deliver most orders within 5–7 working days, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

If we anticipate a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to mainland UK and mainland Europe addresses, excluding Poland, Romania and Slovenia, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Instructions

Some deliveries may require a signature. By placing an order, you authorise us and our delivery partners to accept a signature from another person at the delivery address on your behalf.

Where available, you may provide delivery instructions, including requesting that a parcel be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Our delivery partners may also leave parcels in a safe place where they deem it appropriate to do so.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products passes to you once the products have been delivered.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, including where products have been left in accordance with your delivery instructions, in a designated safe place, or with a neighbour.

International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges that may apply in their destination country.

Abundance + Health does not provide advice regarding local customs charges and cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by customs authorities.

Orders refused by customs authorities or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for refund.
